Legacy Per forum thread and post title changes

I would like to limit the thread and post title changes to a specific forum or area of our system.
Is this possible?

Unfortunately I don't believe that is possible at this time.

i thought maybe since sticky thread works that way....but i do appreciate you looking into it...

with the way our board users are...we would have ALOT of bold or colored thread or post titles all over the place.. it would be a mess...
so we just wanted to set it to a specific place that they could "pimp" their posts or threads...
