Bug 500 server error on trying to send newsletter with vbmail

In the past 10 minutes, I tried sending a newsletter from PhotoCamel using the vbmail pro plugin, and it timed out with a 500 server error. I'm trying to figure out why. Can you help?

Here's the error:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can you check your Apache's error_log ? on cPanel / WHM servers it's in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log
