How can I send weekly newsletters using your plugin?

Using vBMail, you need to manually send out emails. We are planning an update with the "DragonByte Newsletters" mod integrated into this product.

So which is the benefit of this addon instead of using vBulletin email feature built in?

The built-in vBulletin email feature does not allow you to set up multiple different mailing lists, does not allow you to use the rich text editor to compose emails, use keywords to target your emails, see unsubscription stats, etc etc
