Legacy Capability to have more than one digest

I saw from the menu in admincp the title "Manage digests" with an "s" at the end and so assumed I could have two digests: one for publicly visible parts of the forum sent to a certain mailing list, and a second, including hidden parts of the forum, to send to a different mailing list. But there is no "add digest" button!

Or is there a way I can achieve what I want to do using VB Mail's existing options, please?
