VBshout at top

I have vbshout AND infopanel installed.
Infopanel is on top, above the chatbox.

Question: how can I have vbshout above the infopanel?

vBShout admin menu -> Instance Management -> Edit
Set Automatic Deployment to disabled.

Open up the navbar template
Find:
$ad_location['global_below_navbar'] (vb3)
ad_location.global_below_navbar (vB4)

Add above:
$vbshout (vB3)
{vb:raw vbshout} (vB4)


That will hopefully solve it

Are you sure you added it above that ad location? Because that's where InfoPanels adds its stuff. It's working fine on my test environment.

Do you have InfoPanels Pro? If so, go into vBOptions and turn InfoPanels' automatic deployment off, and follow the instructions on that setting. That way you will have total control over both positionings.

Beyond that, I really don't know what else to do

Nevermind, the account already had the proper permissions.

Sadly, it's not possible for me to implement this fix until you've successfully updated your templates.
Go to your AdminCP, expand the "Styles & Templates" group, then click "Find Updated Templates". Those templates need to be updated to vBulletin 4.0.4 before I can attempt to do this. I am sadly unable to update the templates for you because I do not know your skins well enough to feel confident in what changes the skins made to your templates.

Feel free to post back or send me another PM when the templates have been successfully updated, and I will try again
