vb shout pro problem

hi
i am using vbshout pro and i have a weired problem
if you are log off on my forum you can see vbshout all tabs like system and notifications and etc
also shouts are loading ok
the problem is when you log in to the system
then you only have 2 tabs
system and notifications are disapearing
also it shows a loading message which never end unless you press shout bottom
i checked all system files
they are all ok
also user option
none are disable
but i have this problem
my vbulletin is 4.1.1 and vb shout version is pro 5.2.2
