Question vB Optimize PRO - Have question about getting started

Hi,

I have been using the pro version of Optimize for a long time now.

The site has been on a Shared Platform that did not allow for anything "extra" to be loaded onto it. So up till now we have just been using filecache

Our site has now become large enough to move to VPS and we can now load "something" to do caching.

I see my options are:

memcache
APC
eAccelerator
Xcache


So the question becomes..... which is the better option to go with?

I am going to have to get my host to do the install for me as I don't have Linux expertise....

I tried searching and googling but I can't get any real answer as to what I should do.

So I figured I would ask here ... the people that make the software.
