Question How to unlock a user's account...

I am running DB Security Pro v3.02 on Xenforo v1.5.2 and have a user who has been locked out of his account. He says he does not have an email from the board, with a LINK to click-on so he can unlock his account. I asked him for a printscreen of what he sees and I have attached it.

My question is, how do 'I' unlock his account?

The few times someone has locked themselves out, they have always used the embedded LINK in the email the board sends out. I don't see anywhere to re-send such an email to a user, or for them to request it be resent.

Also, since I've never had a problem until now, I had never listed an email in the Email Recovery Options box. I have now, but it's been 24hrs and I've not received anything. I thought I might get an email stating who was locked out, with an embedded LINK that I could unlock their account, assuming such is generated via a CRON job.

XenForo 1.5 is no longer supported by XenForo itself, so you really shouldn't still be running it.

That being said, for this particular issue, you can edit the user in the AdminCP and set the security lock flag there.
 
Where does that feature appear in the AdminCP? I've looked under both "DragonByte Tech: Security Options," as well as the individual user's profile and don't see anything.
 
Is there a manual, or PDF file that describes this feature anywhere?

If not, what TAB is this feature supposed to show up under...?
