Question user based permission

how do we configure view/upload/download permission for particular user in vbdownloads

Not sure why you would want it. Kind of kills the idea of having usergroup permissions. Unless you see a reason for it?

what about if a user want to share confidential files

if we do company based user group ex: (dragon byte usergroup has 2 users dylan,gowri) then both users with in the group can see the files?

how do we protect now between 2 users

You could use the private field. Only the users that are specified in the private field can download the files.

If a feature is not working, you need to create a bug report so that it can be addressed. If this issue has already been solved, then the janitor begs for forgiveness for his ignorance.
