Question Can I upload the file via vbdownloads

Hi I was wondering where is the upload button on the vbdownloads as i have the catorgorys set up but i can't see the upload button any help please

Can you please double-check you've set up the permissions everywhere in the vBDownloads mod itself (categories, etc), as well as the global user group permissions in vBulletin?
