Question Trophies

I am at a loss. Everyones trophies stopped showing up. I tried rebuilding and doing cache. And I went into scheduled maitenence and ran in there too and it still did not fix it.
Only one person has thier trophy showing near thier user name. No one elses is showing.
Where else do I look?

Manage Trophies will show you who currently holds each Trophy.

Also, check the Points Settings to ensure that the types you want trophies for aren't disabled.

If neither of this helps, and you believe you found a bug, then please post a new bug report

It was working before so I believe everything is set up right. I didnt do anything but update it today. Cause I was behind..lol But never changed the settings.
I do know where to look to see who holds a trophy. And only one person on that list has one showing.
But not sure if it is a bug. How do I file a bug report?
