Is there any way that these notices could be.. tailored to the user viewing the shoutbox? I know that's probably a little much to ask for, but...

I'm hoping there is at least some way that this could be accomplished and still be useful. I have many private forums. My members have access to various of those private forums. I wouldn't want people to see things they shouldn't, but since most of the stuff is private, these features tend to lose their usability.

Anyway, just saying that I hope there's some way to come up with something that'll work, no idea what that is though. =)

That is planned for v4.2 of vBShout Pro It's by no means impossible, it's just a bit tricky.
But we'll get it working

There's no release date for 4.2 yet, but if I have been successful in getting rid of the child diseases in the Shoutbox and Activity, it should be sooner rather than later.
