From the screenshot it looks like you are not using the default sideblock widths vBulletin set. go to stylevars and under the group Sidebar, find the setting forum_sidebar_width and ensure that is set to 270 px.

You're correct regarding the 270 px setting. I changed it. Deleted my cookies in IE and it still does the same.

PS: I can set up an account for you at MyCockpit.org if you like. Any help is appreciated :)

Did you flush any caching systems you are using like vBOptimize after making the changes?

Does it happen like that on a unmodified default style?

Is your skin really designed to have all that blank space on the right side of the pages?

As you can see in the attached, I don't have a problem with other blocks.

When the page loads, the block momentarily loads in the correct place and then reverts to where it shows in the attached image.

Could you please create and PM me with a temporary FTP and AdminCP account? I will take a look at it when I get home from work today.

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new FTP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues.

The same applies to AdminCP accounts; they should ideally be temporary accounts created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the FTP account has access to the forum files, and that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

Thank you for helping us debug our products and allowing us to assist you, we appreciate it :D

OK I got it showing ok now, the issue was the block title was to long and was overflowing, breaking the layout due to the width of the sideblocks. The phrase I changed was, dbtech_vbdonate_latest_dons I changed it from Latest Contributions to Latest Contribs.

You may also want to go to the settings, DragonByte Tech: vBDonate - SideBlock Settings and change the setting Name Of The Non Verified Image (instructions can be found in that setting) to a different image as the default image is to big for the block.

There is something wrong with that skin TBH, all the stylevars I tried changing to adjust the width of the sideblocks, or the document width did nothing, which is not right.

So you can disable the admin account and ftp info I am finished there. :)

FANTASTIC!!!! Thank you very much.

As you've probably already noticed vBDonate has already paid for itself. :) All within the past 48 hours.

Thanks again....
