Is it possible to make this points be purchased only for real money ( paypal, moneybookers, epassporte...)

Also it would be nice to add one more options Sticky thread for time period you want

Currently that is not possible no, It's something we're considering for a future version, but really it's more of a thing for points mods than anything (so vBCredits...) but we'll see.
