Question points and Achievements Given Without Earning

I was looking at my activity leaderboard and noticed one of my member got 3 achievements for friends making his first friend, making 5 friends, and making 10 friends this would be confirmed friends and I noticed he only had 2 friends I also noticed that he got 10 points for confirmed friends

You can try Maintenance/Recalculate Achievements, under the DBTech - vBActivity menu in the ACP.

Then check the same user again.

This did not work it did take all my achievements away that I earned but the same user still has all the achievements that he didn't earn

Im thinking I know whats wrong

The referrals I have set is for your first referrals its set for (Points for referral >= 1) if its giving 10 points for one referral should it say (Points for referral <= 10)?
