Bug Info panels and Side blocks

When I enable forum sideblocks with info panels enabled, it messes up the forum display area see panels_enabled and panels_disabled

Are you absolutely sure this happens in the default vBulletin skin?

Sorry it does not, I just created a new skin and it shows properly as long as i have auto deploy checked, but I wanted the infopanels and topx above footer so I have inserted {vb:raw infopanels.welcomepanel}
{vb:raw infopanels.topxstats} right above {vb:raw footer} on the forum home template

Please place the code below {vb:raw ad_location.board_below_whats_going_on} instead
