Question How to set up forum block tags?

How do you get the forum block to work.

I see nothing there.

OK I think I found the issue. When uploading the Plugin when it refreshes the module doesn't show up on the right side bar to make the changes to the permissions.

Any ideas?

I have uninstalled and re installed over and over again.

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean by this.

To add the block, click the "Forum Blocks Manager" and choose the DBTech - User Tagging: Hash Tag Stats from the drop-down.

Got that.

The issue is when loading the xml file. The program loads, but doesn't show up in the side margin on the back end of vB.
