Question How do I create boxes....

You know when you click on the various postbit tabs on your forums here, and you get to the one with gifts, achievements....etc.

How do you create those boxes around it? I was hoping to apply it to other things I put in the tabs as it gives it a nice clean look.

I mean is there code/html....etc that i can add?
