If I turn on the plugin the product will work for a while then disappear.

Any ideas what may be causing this?

What do you mean, disappear?

It will go away. Like a few days later it will be gone, but if I go in and turn the plugin off and turn it back on its good to go.

Hmm... Do you install any new products in that time, or would it happen even if you didn't do anything on your forum?

This was the last mod installed.

Over time it just goes away.

This sounds like a cache issue, do you have CloudFlare or any other form of full page caching employed?
