Bug Error when Recalculate points

Get this error in my admincp when should Recalculate points

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_IF, expecting T_FUNCTION in /home/mysite/public_html/vb4/dbtech/vbanswers/vbactivity_type/solutionsvalidated.php on line 4
