Email notifications for user tagging.

I'd like to be alerted by email when someone tags or quotes me. I can't find this setting in userCP, so I assume it doesn't exist? It would bring me back to DBT much faster.

Likewise, it would be beneficial for my sites to have such function. Please add this.

+1 would also like this feature, preferably an option in the usercp to allow individual members to turn the emails on or off, plus also the option to globally enable or disable emails.
