I recently was installing versions of vBShout, and vBshop, when i decided to remove them. I accidently forgot to uninstall the plugin first, so i just removed the files. Then, after receiving assistance via vbulletin.org, i was able to fix the problem momentarily. The moment after i clicked disable product,

Code:
Fatal error: DBTech_Framework_Permissions::Registry::bf_ugp[dbtech_vbshoppermissions] is not an array in [path]/dbtech/vbshop/libs/permissions.php on line 92

This pops up everywhere. I've tried removing the files, and even editing them, but to no avail.

i did it, but like i said, when i try to login to the adminCP, the error prevents me from logging in regardless.

Debug mode isn't an ACP option, it's something done via editing files.

The instructions for doing that for 3.x should be here: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=82835

It's always a good idea to ensure you are comfortable with restoring the forums and properly (un)installing any mods before attempting to install them =)
