Bug db error when attempting to 'Modify'

When attempting to Modify a quiz via the control panel it throws up this database error

Database error in vBulletin 4.1.4:

Invalid SQL:

Can you download the package again and reupload the files:
dbtech/vbquiz/actions/quizcreate.php
dbtech/vbquiz/actions/quizedit.php
