Bug CMS Widget - Fix is in v3.0.0b3

Fix is applied in v3.0.0b3 not applied in v3.0.0 or v3.0.1

I'm using v3.0.1 and have uploaded the widget php form v3.0.0b3 to fix

dbtech/slider/actions/widget.php

I'm confused, what is the bug?

The most recent blogs (by date) do not get pulled to the slider.
I have not look at the difference in the code from the widget Php from each version but a hotfix was applied. The hotfix did not make it to the last two updates.

I've uploaded a potential hotfix to the v3.0.1 file, can you please re-try it?
