Bug BBCodes applies to entire shout

For some reason when I use the bbcode functions, everyone's text (including mines) are converted. They don't see the formats I did to my text though. So basically the font formatting that I applied only applies to the what I see, they won't see it. Do you know what could cause this?

It works fine on other sites, just not mines for some reason.

EDIT: I'm unable to confirm this issue on your site. I clicked the B button and it correctly only made my shouts bold. You may have enabled the "Shout Style Override" setting in your UserCP, which shows every other shout with the shout style you applied to your own shouts.

P.S.: The BBCode buttons aren't meant to insert BBCode, they control the style of all your shouts (past, present and future)

Is that setting on default? I don't think it is. I wonder why it was enabled, I never go there.

I don't believe it's enabled by default, no.

Do you know how to disable it by default? My dbtech_vbshout_settings value is 16383. I want it to be 122879. How would I do that?

nevermind, it's actually default 4095 which I see in the install file.
I wonder why a lot of people are at 16383
