Bug 2 smilies per shout?

For some reason, shouts by users are limited to two smilies. Any way to allow more?

Increase your "max images per post" setting in the vBulletin Message Posting options (at least I think that's where that setting is )

I have it set to "0" which should be unlimited. It worked find before the latest shoutbox upgrade.

There's also a Maximum Images Per Shout setting in the Instance Management, can you try that?

It was set to 20. I changed it to 0 and it still doesn't work.

They have custom commands with multiple smilies and they get cut off at the third smilie when they worked before the last upgrade.
I have the same custom commands and they work find for me, so it must be a permission somewhere that admin can do but not users.

Could it be the character limit?

For the record, the way this works has not changed between v6.1 and v6.2 - I'm not sure what version you upgraded from but I wanted to assure you we didn't make any intentional changes to break this

That did it! They are probably using url's for their smilies and a few add up fast. Thanks for the answer!
