Question Arabic username mention

I would like to implement this mod in my forums.
I tried this in my test forum in my local pc. It works well when I mention any english username, username. but it is not working when I mention an arabic username, @اسم العضو

Even with money it's still not currently something I am able to make possible, sorry.
