Bug Verify email, stuck on acp

Seems like I am stuck like some of the other people here were, and on one of your threads, I saw

dbtech_vbsecurity_adminauth table

But how do I get to that if my acp is stuck and I cannot go anywhere else in the acp?

I am slow at this stuff, so sorry if I don't get things as easy.

Can you provide more details as to why you believe you're stuck? Have you tried clicking the authorisation link that's sent to your email address?

Also, you can access that table via phpMyAdmin

Please check the email address associated with your account and click the authorisation link.

I got no email, and I cannot access anything in my Admin panel.

And I do not know what to change in the dbtech_vbsecurity_adminauth.

I have:
userid
ipaddress
dateline
authhash
verified

Which would i change, and what would i change it to?

I have verified that the IP address matches mine. Not sure what else to do.

Have you checked the spam folder of your email account?

You should change verified to 1.
