Nope, vBCredits only handles payment from the poster to the forum. PayPal does not support automatic payments to an account (which is what you are looking for) So this isn't possible unfortauntely.

You could use it to charge for anything vBShop can do, from usergroup promotions to permissions to real world items through custom fields =)
