I would like to request a refund for the slider ASAP.I tried every way and installed it following the directions but it keeps getting the MSG when I go to the DB Slider option int the navabar I keep getting this error MSG: [HL]ERROR 404 - PAGE NOT FOUND[/HL] so I would like to request my refund.

Our record show that you opened a support thread about this issue here. There was a response within 40 minutes with a solution.

If the provided solution didn't work, please let the developer know in that thread, and he will attempt to assist you further.

As per our terms and conditions, refunds can only be given when there is an error that exists in the pro version that we are unable to resolve.

Please give our support team a chance to get the software working for you, if they are unable to resolve the error after being given the chance to do so, we will process a refund for you.
