usergroup abilities

I know in the usergeroup area you can set it up so a usergroup can manage vbactivity but I was wondering is there a way to set it up so only certain usergroups can give out Medals.
I wasnt to allow a custom usergroup I created called cs ast admins to give out medals but I dont want them to be able to administer any other settings. I want to be the only one who can add things and run the maintence and choose what settings I want. I just want them to be able to go in and give out the medal and have access to nothing else. Is this possible?

i don't think that is possible in this current version however i'll note it down and see if it can be implemented in a future version, i'll get fillip and Cosmic to look at this for you.
