Bug Upgrade Error

Just trying to upgrade from 2.1.7 and got this error:

300.php not found in directory ********forum/dbtech/vbactivity/install

Please ensure the file from /upload/dbtech/vbactivity/install is uploaded into that directory on your forum

As you can see, http://www.captivereefs.com/forum/dbtech/vbactivity/install/300.php returns 404

OK some how I had selected the old vbactivity folder...having done that it of course was missing 300.php.

Another question... should there be a list of contest types under admincp --> Add New Contest?

Click Repair Cache, some databases have issues automatically building the cache for reasons I can't figure out
