Question thanks is not present

I have done professional installation, which I recommend to everyone.

Now I have a little problem,
the user inserts the first message can receive the thanks,
subsequent users do not have the thanks,
I know how to enable it for all subsequent users TOPIC.

I've looked at this on your site, and the "First Post Only" box is ticked for all your forums. Please un-tick this box for all forums you wish the box to appear for subsequent users as well
