Question Not Enough Credits Error Message

Two questions about this.

1. Which phrase is the following message, or if it's not a phrase, how can I edit it?



2. When a user does not have enough credits to post a thread, they click on create thread and they can start composing Title, Content, maybe adding images, etc. all without knowing they will not be able to submit the thread. Only after pressing "Post Thread" do they get an error message. This seems like it will frustrate users by wasting a lot of their time. Is it possible to trigger this error message with the new thread button instead of submit thread button? Or maybe at least show some warning message on the page where the new thread is composed? Something to stop them from spending a lot of time on a new thread only to not be able to submit it.

1. dbtech_credits_cancel_price_thread is the phrase name for that phrase.

2. This is not currently possible, sorry.
