Bug Tagging broken

Tagging links are broken. They give a "page not found". Links go to URLS like: http://vbquiz.php/?do=similarquiz&tag=d&d

I found the problem and fixed it but it'll be a bit much to tell how to manually do it. I'll add it to the next bugfix release.

I'm working on the bad facebook error. As soon as I get that one fixed I'll upload the new version.
