Question Special rules when user gain certain amount of points

Is it possible with vBActivity to make special rules for forum when for example:

1. user can create a thread in a particular subforum or forum when he gain certain amount of points (I want to use it against spam or flooders)
2. user can watch/answer in subforum when gain certain amount of points or awards.
3. user gets special points/awards when click links or banners
4. user can redeem his points for special content.
   (e.g. he can download a file when spend 10 points)

If it's possible, can you explain how to do it.

1. If you want users to be able to post in general in a specific subforum, you can use the Pro-only feature "Promotions" to setup a promotion into a usergroup that can post in that forum by using the same Criteria system used for Achievements.
