Have you edited the /includes/config.php parameters for memcache?

Yup, it's all correctly there.

What the issue means is that Memcache is not working correctly, it doesn't return the expected data. If you notice in your screenshot, 64 kb is way too little to indicate that it's working. vBulletin alone would use way more data than that, not to mention vB Optimise itself.

There appears to be a configuration issue with your Memcache installation. As the error message says, that's not something we can assist you with as we don't have root access to your server nor the experience needed to deduce the actual cause of the issues.

I would recommend following the instructions and contacting your host.
