Bug Problem with this mod

There is a problem with this mod upon installing it and keeping it enabled. When its enabled it changes the thread title at the top to a thread name & link that is somewhere else on the forum and not the current thread you are in. When I disabled the mod the thread titles went back the way they should be. Is there a way to make it have the actual thread title at the top of the thread and have the recommended threads in the box at the bottom? I have disabled this mod currently because it confuses the members. I've attached 2 screen shots so you can see what I'm talking about.

As you can see in the bottom screen shot it is the same thread but the titles have changed upon enabling the mod.

I'm having a problem replicating this. Does it do it on all threads that have recommendations or only some?

I have this problem also and disabled the mod. In addition to sticking a semi random thread title into the thread title variable (and page title) there is only one set of recommended posts on all threads.

I am running 4.2.2 pl3
