Bug Problem with national font

Hi, I have a problem with your ShoutBox on my forum. I am from Poland and this is polish forum, so normally we use Polish fonts. For example it is ĄąŚś (IDK if you look it how you should, so i get also it http://poradnia-komputerowa.pl/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/nie-mam-polskich-znakow.jpg yes i know, it's strange ^^)

Well, that's the problem. These signs doesn't work, there are only question marks.

We use HTML Character Encoding : iso-8859-2

Are maybe this shoutbox in this encoding? Or UTF-8

In this is

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>

Or maybe it is some other way to fix this?

Here on this forum we are using ISO-8859-1 and those characters are working perfectly. Please try changing your language settings back to 8859-1. Also, ensure your database collation is set to latin1_swedish_ci. If it is set to UTF-8, you need to also use UTF-8 in your language settings
