when give poll vote get this error.

This should now be resolved, you can re-download and re-upload all files (as multiple files changed) to see it fixed

I also resolved a different issue with Recalculating Contests.

I believe the PM issue has been taken care of. If you re-download /dbtech/vbactivity/includes/class_core.php and re-test it, let me know if that fixes it

As for the other issue, as I recall in another screenshot from your site this is no longer an issue on your site.

Activity Contests PM cannot Confirm at this time,On Member Profile Activity Achievements show 2 columns not work for old member but work on new member.please any option for force columns show?

No, this is due to resolution/skin being too narrow and the phrase for "Achievement earned on x" being too long.
