Question Plugin not working on my site

I installed the plugin Re-Order Posts - DragonByte Tech | vBulletin Mods & Addons added the branding key and activated the same but sadly it's not giving any results in the Administrative Menu (and it's activated).

Where did I go wrong?

Can you try disabling all other products and see if that makes it show up? There may be a conflict

I do not think it is working on my site either, but I am not sure because I have not seen a screen shot or description of how it should work.

We are running 4.2.2 pl3.

There will be a new menu entry in the Administrative menu on threads.
