Question Please help me to adjust the activity !

Pease I have tried all values in Activity Target: Minimum Points (100, 1000, 10000, 100000, 1000000) and each time I reset everthing and I run the scheduled task Activity - Build Points Cache but again after one minute it shows like that "5357.14% of the Daily Activity target, 750% of the Weekly Activity target and 169.3% of the Monthly Activity target."

So please I need a help. (Please give detailed instructions).
