Bug Members have issues with vbshop

Having issues with vbshop. seems like members have issues with the shop bank and theft. it kicks members out of the site. it seems to be effecting some members across all usergroups. no problems occured before it was installed but cannot understand what would cause this

i am wondering if it has to do with people using satfix.net instead of www.satfix.net. could it be possible that even if they are on satfix.net, the program would be bringing them back on www.satfix.net instead?

Possibly, I don't know. Could ask them to try

just confirmed that isnt the issue for at least one user, back to the drawing board

found out in the end it was some people coming in on to the site without the www. and then the site switching them over to www.
