Bug Lottery and VBcreditsII Deluxe Pro

We had our first lottery drawing today and several people have reported that they received an e-mail stating they matched 2 numbers and were awarded a certain amount of credits.

The stated reward was in line with the options I had set up when creating the tickets, but some of the members are reporting that they were only credited 1 credit instead of the correct amount. Other members using the same browser were awarded the correct amount.

We are using VBcredits II Deluxe Pro 2.0.0 for our credits mod.

Lotteries will change quite severely for vBShop v2.0 and since this work has begun I'm not able to debug lotteries at the moment.

In v2.0 there will be an extended transaction log which will show these things in more detail.

That being said, it's not something anybody have reported before. How many members reporting it?

Out of 17 tickets I've only heard from about 6 of them (one being myself). 2 stated they were notified they won nothing, and the rest of us each matched 2 numbers. One of the remaining 4 was correctly awarded his credits but the other 3 (one being myself) had the same issue of only getting 1 credit.

Seems very odd, are you trying to use decimals or something?

If not, then I'm afraid I can only ask you to wait for vBShop v2, I'll include a full transaction log which should make debugging these things easier

No problem, I'll let it run one more week and see how things shake out.

I do have 1 decimal allowed in vbcredits but the lottery was set up with all whole numbers.

2 matches: 5 Credits
3 matches: 10 Credits
4 matches: 20 Credits
5 matches: 50 Credits
6 matches: 100 Credits
