We buy branding free option, after buy we enter license key via ACP, flush cache and now .. we see: "vBulletin Optimisation by vB Optimise" on the footer
Please look at this.

Hi there,

Were the license & branding free bought under the same user? The automatic key creation uses your DBT userid/username to generate unique key and and automatic relation with your other licenses that are product related, if the licenses were bought on different users please let me know which ones
