Just want to confirm a couple things first

I'm wanting to buy the lifetime version, but I want to double check on a few things.

1. Can I use PayPal so uses can BUY credits off the site all automatically? Instead of them paying via paypal then I credit their account via admin cp.

2. Does it support PM Notifications? So if User1 donates to User2, will it send a PM Notification to User2 saying that User1 has donated X amount for thread X.

I'll tag Darkwaltz4 to be sure, but I believe the answer to your questions is yes both times (I don't believe it will show what thread they were donated to for though).
