Question JSON.parse: unexpected character vbdownload

Hi,

at some Files, when I try to upload them, I get this error:

Error: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character

What cause can this be? With some files it works perfect. Will I be able to see exactly why the upload fails?
What must I do so that you can help me? What information is still needed?

My problem is, I don't know, where to look, what the error causes.

i tried the filetypes you see in attached picture.



Is it Possible, that the types are not correctly written in the admin-center?

This is most likely due to your PHP settings. Please ensure "Max Post Size" and "Max Upload Size" is set to at least twice the biggest file you want to upload, then restart your web server.
