The box where the arrow is pointed, turns white when clicked on and text is unseen while typing

That might be down to the web browser you are using. Can you check out if you experience the same problems in other browsers?

Thanks, we have about 20 people testing them now on the forum and same issues reported over several ares, tablets, mobile, browser ect.

This might be something you need to sort out locally with your own CSS setup. Try adding something into the additional.css file to see if you can change what the default colour is. If you are not sure what to do, PM me some account details and if I can grab some spare time I'll give you some suggestions to try.
