Legacy Integration with ignore lists

Feature request: ignore list integration

If the pro version had the option to ignore user tags, or quotes, from anyone on a user's ignore list that would be superb and I would upgrade immediately. (Only accepting username tags from friends isn't a feasible solution on my forum.)

Anyway thanks for providing this great mod! The lite version is very popular on my forum.
