Bug How to get this working

Installed and files uploaded, i see a download section but no upload etc

The following dependencies were not met: 1.The product credits must be installed before this product may be installed. (Compatible starting with 1.0.0)
2.The product dbtech_downloads must be activated before this product may be installed.

When i try uploading product-dbtech_downloads_vbcredit.xml

Downloads is now working correctly, the following usergroups can use it:

Administrators
Moderators
Registered Users
Super Moderators

Note only the Admins, Moderators, and Super Moderators can access the Modcp

To upload / download etc, I see one new section on my profile called downloads, but I see nowhere that allows me to upload

Click on the tab in the navbar called Downloads.
